摘　　要：在福建台湾产业结构互补等优势的基础上,进一步加强产业合作,共建台湾海峡经济区,将是两地共同发展的有效途径。尽管目前福建市场容量还不够大,台湾对大陆的政策仍然不利于两岸合作的顺利开展,但闽台产业合作已经取得可观成就。随着两地经济的进一步发展及相关政策的改进,闽台在产业合作上将迈上一个新台阶,最终建成台湾海峡经济区。It will be an effective way to develop for Fujian andTaiwan by strengthening industrial cooperation to build Taiwan Strait Economic Zone together on the base of advantages such as complementary industrial structure. Industry cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan has made considerable achievements although the market capacity is not big enough in Fujian,and the policies of Taiwan to mainland is still not conducive to the smooth development of cross-strait cooperation. With the further economic development of Fujian and Taiwan and improved related policies, the industrial cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan will enter a new stage, Taiwan Strait Economic Zone will become true finally.
