摘  要:为探讨冠心病患者血管性假血友病因子(VWF)和血小板α颗粒膜蛋白(CMP—140)的变化及意义,用酶联免疫吸附试验测定19例稳定性心绞痛(SA)、16例不稳定性心绞痛(UA)、7例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者和20例正常人的VWF和GMP—140.结果显示,冠心病患者VWF和CMP—140测值显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001),AMI和UA的VWF和GMP—140测值与SA比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),且AMI与UA之间上述指标也存在着显著性差异(P<0.05).提示,VWF和GMP—140水平的变化在冠心病的发生和发展起着重要的作用.To explore the alterations of platelet alpha - granule membrane protein(GMP - 140) and plasma von wille-brand VWF were determined in 42 patients with coronary heart diseas (CHD), 19 cases of stable angina pectoris(SA), 16 cases of unstable angina pectoris(UA), 7 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and 20 normal controls by ELJSA.The results showed the levels of GMP - 140 and VWFwere significantly higher in CHD than in controls(P < 0. 001), and the levels of CMP - 140 and VWFin AMI and UA groups were significantly elevated at compared with that of SA group(P < 0.01) ,and also higher in patients with AMI than those with UA(P < 0.05) .These indicate that the alteration of the levels of GMP - 140 and VWF play an important role in the pathogenesis and plasma Von Willebrand(VWF) in coronary heart diseae(CHD) .The levels of CMP- 140 development of in CHD.
