摘　　要：通过对药品经营企业药品养护职业活动的调查和工作分析,对药品养护职业活动目标、工作内容与要求、从业人员职业技能与相关知识要求、工作环境条件,进行客观、全面的描述,为药品在流通过程的质量维护、企业人力资源的有效管理、药品养护人才的培养提供科学依据。Through to the drugs maintenance occupation activity investigation and the job analysis, to the drugs maintenance occupation activity goal, the work content and the request, the jobholders professional skill and the correlation knowledge request, the working conditions, carries on the description, for the drugs in the circulation process quality maintenance, the enterprise human resources effective management, the drugs maintains talented person＇s raise to provide the scientific basis.
