缠绕纤维预浸带含胶量检测系统的设计

摘　　要：提出采用电容式检测电路,把纤维预浸带的含胶量转化成相应的电容值,然后通过转换电路把电容值转变成电压值而输出的思想,设计了检测系统的电路。检测系统实现了真正意义上的含胶量实时检测,并且具有较高的检测精度。这对提高火箭发动机壳体力学性能有很大的作用。该系统亦可用于纺织、石油管道等行业中。The paper puts forward the thought that the quantity of glue in proportion to that of the pre-dipped fiber can be transformed to the corresponding value of capacitor using the capacitor-measure circuit then to the corresponding value of voltage as the outputs using the transforming circuit and designs of the circuit of the measuring system. The system realizes the goal measuring the quality of the glue in deed in real time and has a high precision in measuring. It can be very useful to promote the physical performance of rocket-engine-rind. The system also can be used in the industry of textile, oil pipe and so on.
