摘　　要：应用微量细胞病变法检测血清中和抗体和流行病学方法观察肾综合征出血热(HFRS)Ⅱ型灭活疫苗在HFRS高发疫区人群加强免疫后的血清学和免疫效果.结果:加强免疫前血清抗体阳性率为18.5%,加强接种后14天抗体阳性率达到1OO%,GMT分别为3.2和17.05;加强免疫后一年接种组无一病例发生,而未接种组发病12例,发病率为101.2/10万,疫苗保护率100%.In order to study the immune effect after enhancement vaccination of inactivated vaccine prepared with golden hamster cells,we examined the serological and epidemiological efficacy one year after strengthened immunization,before strengthened immunization and on 14 days after strengthened immunization. The serocon-version rate of neutralizing antibody was 18. 5%、100%and GMTS were 3. 2、17. 05, respectively. There were no patients in the immunized group and 12 patients in the control group after strengthened immunization. The incidence rate was 101. 2/10^(5):the protection rate was 100%.
