摘  要:为振兴东北老工业基地和实施高教强省战略过程中创建校企联合办学的多方位、多元化的定向型人才培养模式,为企业培养适用性和定向型人才,提出煤炭行业定向人才培养模式和建立"校企共建人才培养基地模式"、"校企共建研究所或技术开发中心的模式"。这些模式在黑龙江省煤炭行业人才培养的实践中,已取得了丰硕的成果,是行之有效的,为煤炭行业培养了一批上手快、适应性强、知识面广的适用性人才。In order to revitalize the northeast old industrial base in Heilongjiang Province and implement the strategies to strengthen the province by the higher education, the article put forward to creating the a wide range and multi-directional orientation-based training model by the combination of the schools and enterprises, and train the business-oriented and practicality talent, then put forward to the training model for the coal industry orientation- based and establishing the "training base model constructed by the school-enterprise" ; "the model of technology development center or research institutes construction by school-enterprises"; in the practice of training talent of in the coal industry in Heilongjiang Province, these model has achieved fruitful results, the practice mode proved that are effective training ways, for they cultivate a number of skilled, adaptable, practical knowledge talent for the coal industry.
