摘　　要：以林业企业实施森林认证与林产品贸易发展为研究对象,从经济效益的角度,说明了未持有和持有森林认证的代价,并分析在何种情况下理性的林业企业会申请森林认证以进行林产品贸易。认为推动林业企业实施森林认证行为与林产品贸易可持续发展的基本路径是规范森林认证手段、改善林产品贸易发展环境、培育专业化的森林认证和林产品贸易人才。From the perspective of economic effect, forestry enterprises implementing forest certification and forest product trade development are researched to illustrate the costs of no certification and having certification, and to analyze in what situation the forestry enterprises will apply for forest certification to carry on their forest product trade. It is concluded that the major approaches to accelerate the forestry enterprises to implement forest certification and forest product trade sustainable development are to standardize forest certification means, to improve the circumstances for developing forest product trade, and to bring up professional talents of forest certification and forest product trade.
