摘　　要：从高等农林院校的角度阐述了数学素质的涵义、内容、基本要求及培养困境,提出数学素质培养的教学改革方案,并探讨数学素质培养的配套措施:(1)树立先进的教育理念;(2)支持教学改革的立项;(3)建立多元化的评价体系。Meaning,content and requirement of mathematical quality arc elaborated from the perspective of agriculture and forestry colleges and universities, and the difficulties to foster it are dealt with. Accordingly the teaching reform plan to develop students＇ mathematical quality and the concerning measures are proposed. （ 1 ） Foster the advanced conception of education. （ 2 ） Support the projects of teaching reform. （ 3 ） Set up multiple evaluation system.
