摘 要:本文基于系统观点,研究了技术能力与技术管理能力之间的协同耦合关系,并运用博弈论的方法,构建了协同分析矩阵模型,分析了技术能力和技术管理能力有效协同条件,识别了其有效协同的区间。由此揭示出产业技术能力与技术管理能力协同耦合的特征和规律,从而为推动产业发展提供了有益的参考和借鉴。In the condition of fierce competition in the market, technology management capability and technological capability become the key factors for the promotion of industry competitiveness. In this paper, the mechanism of synergy and coupling of technology management capability and technological capability is explained based on system theory. And the synergy matrix model is estab- lished to analyze the condition and distinguish the scope that technology management capability and technological capability can be cooperated effectively. Based on these, the measurement model for the degree of synergy and coupling for technology management capability and technological capability is established and applied. Thus, the characteristics and rules of synergy and coupling of technology management capability and technological capability are illustrated which can provide beneficial references for promoting the development of industry.
