毛革两用兔皮手套革的工艺研究

摘　　要：以家兔皮为原材料,手套革的物理力学性能及感官为考核指标,进行了毛革两用兔皮手套革的软化浸酸和鞣制工艺的试验研究。结果表明当采用无机酸和有机酸联合浸酸的方法,鞣制时采用先Curlum in AC后铬粉的鞣剂加入顺序,并且两种鞣剂的用量分别为3 g/L和10 g/L时,获得的皮坯性能优良,达到手套革国家标准的要求。Taking domestic rabbit skin as raw material,the bating,pickling and tanning process of the double face glove leather of rabbit skin were studied by checking the physical-mechanical properties and sensory properties in each process. The results indicated that the crust could obtain excellent properties and fulfill the national standards of glove leather if soaked by inorganic acid and organic acid simultaneously,and tanned with 3 g/L Curlumin AC and 10 g/L chrome powder in sequence.
