摘 要:将棉纤维进行碱化、老化处理,所得到的碱纤维再与中间体3-氯-2-羟丙基脲反应制得3-脲基-2-羟基丙基纤维素。研究了碱纤维的老化时间对抗碱能力的影响,确定了碱纤维的老化时间;研究了氢氧化钠的用量、中间体与纤维素的质量比、反应温度和反应时间对产物质量和产物交换容量的影响,并用红外光谱对产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明:棉纤维的老化时间为10h,3-脲基-2-羟基丙基纤维素的制备工艺条件以温度60℃,m(3-氯-2-羟丙基脲)/m(纤维素)=5,反应时间3.5-4h,氢氧化钠的浓度以1mol/L为宜。Firstly, cotton cellulose was basified and aged to alkali cellulose, then samples reacted with 3-Chloro-2- Hydroxypropylurea to produce 3-Ureido-2-Hydroxypropyl cellulose. In this paper, aging time of alkali cellulose was confirmed by researching the effect of aging time of alkali cellulose to its ability of withstanding alkali; The effect of temperature, the mass ratio of intermediate to cellulose, time, NaOH concentration on the mass and capacity of product. The result showed that aging time of alkali cellulose should be 60 ℃, the preparation condition optimized of 3-ureido-2-hydroxypropyl cellulose should be the temperature of reaction at 60 ℃ ,reaction time 3.5 -4 h,the mass ratio of intermediate to cellulose should be 5, NaOH concentration Should be 1 mol/L. The structure of macromolecule was confirmed by IR.
