摘　　要：20世纪70年代,麦理浩执政的港英政府对香港城市交通进行了全局性改革。其中包括对香港城市交通改革的巨大投资、新交通政策和交通发展规划的制定和调整、一系列重大公共交通工程的建设、以及公共交通事件的有效应对等方面。香港城市交通的改革推动了香港经济、社会等各项事业的发展,同时也为香港城市交通的现代化奠基了重要基础。In 1970s, the British government of Hang Kong under the govering of Crawlord Murray Maclehouse （1971 - 1982 ） carried out a comprehensive reform of the Hong Kong urban transportantion. The reform included such aspects as a large investment in the urban transportantion, new transportantion policies, the formulation and adjustment of transportantion development plans, several important public transportantion construction projects, and effecive response to public transportation incidents, etc. The reforn of Hong Kong urban transportantion speedy development of Hong Kong economy and society and laid solid foundation for the modernization of Hong Kong urban transportation.
