摘　　要：大学英语四、六级考试是教育部为提高高等教育英语教学质量而采取的一项措施,那么加强考务管理就是提升教学质量的有力保障。结合燕山大学实际介绍了有益经验,并针对当前考务管理工作中普遍存在的问题,从观念、制度、体制、技术四个层面提出了改革与发展设想。College English test band 4 and band 6 is a measure adopted by ministry of education to strengthen English teaching quality at college, thus, enhancing examination management is a powerful guarantee. Based on the current situation, this article introduces beneficial experience and puts forward reform assumption through the following aspects： concept, system, structure and technology.
