企业迁移的影响因素及其社会效应

摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展,企业的迁移性大为增强,给社会经济的发展带来一定影响。主要研究了企业迁移的影响因素,以及企业迁移所带来的一些社会影响。研究结果表明,内部因素、外部因素、区位因素以及宏观经济市场化程度的高低是影响企业迁移的决定性因素,企业迁移对迁出地、迁入地和企业本身都会产生一定影响。对企业迁移过程中应注意的问题进行了总结,并提出了一些建议。With the development of market economy, enterprise migratory aptitude is stronger and stronger, and has some effects on social and economic development. The paper studied influence factors of enterprise migrating and society effects brought by it. The outcomes showed that inner factor, outer factors, locational factors and the higher or lower of macroscopic economy marketiztion are decisional factors of enterprise migration, and the migrating has a great effect on the immigration, outmigration and enterprises themselves. Finally, the paper put forward to some advice in the process of migrating.
