摘　　要：建立健全密切农村干群关系机制,是新时期农村基层党组织建设的重要内容,对于确保农村社会稳定,构建社会主义和谐社会,加快社会主义新农村建设步伐具有重要意义。其基本路径有:大力发展农村基层民主政治,努力实现农民民主政治权利;不断提高农村干部综合素质,切实增强党在农村的执政能力;充分尊重农民群众首创精神,有效发挥农民的主体作用;积极推动农村经济社会发展,切实维护农民根本利益。To establish a close cadre - mass relationship in Chinese rural area is an important part in the construction of basic CPC organization in rural areas of China. It is critically significant to secure the stability of rural society, build a harmonious socialism society and accelerate the construction of new socialism countryside. To achieve this goal, we should vigorously develop basic democracy and politics in rural areas, by which the democratic and political rights of farmers can be fulfilled; we should improve the comprehensive quality of cadres in such areas, by which the administrative ability of CPC can be strengthened ; we should fully respect the creative spirit of farmers, by which their main body function can be effectively exerted; we should make great efforts to develop the economy and society of rural areas, by which the essential interest can be truly maintained.
