摘 要:对联网前后海南电网线路、机组等元件"N-1"、"N-2"和多重严重故障下系统的响应分别进行了比较分析,得出了联网后海南电网频率稳定性显著提高,电压稳定性略有提高,功角稳定性有所下降,总体稳定水平得到提高的结论。对功角稳定水平降低的机理进行了分析。为确保电网的安全稳定,对继电保护和开关的维护等提出了要求,提出了失步解列快速隔离故障的若干措施。The system responses of Hainan Power Grid (HPG) to the "N-I", "N-2", and other severe faults of lines and generators under the islanding and interconnection conditions are compared respectively, and it is concluded that after interconnection, HPG's overall stability is enhanced as its frequency stability enhanced remarkably, voltage stability improved slightly, though angle stability depressed a little. The depression of angle stability is reasoned. For security and stability of HPG, certain requirements for relay protection and breaker maintenance are proposed, and some out-of-step tripping measures are put forward to quickly isolate the faults.
