摘　　要：联办改制十年来，学院取得了骄人的成绩，在创新中实现了跨越式发展。在总结经验，找出差距的基础上，进一步明确了学院今后五年科学发展的目标和方向。By making great efforts, our college has got great achievements in fast -paced realizing its developments and creation. This thesis tries to summarize the experiences and find out the disparity and then further confirm the development directions and aims for the later five years.
