意蜂雄蜂前蛹和蛹维生素A和D_3含量的比较

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定了意蜂雄蜂前蛹(卵起第11日)和蛹(卵起第22日)的维生素A和D3含量。结果显示:意蜂雄蜂前蛹和蛹的维生素A含量分别为44.536μg/g和43.106μg/g;维生素D3含量分别为139.9056μg/g和132.0613μg/g;雄蜂前蛹和蛹维生素A和D3的含量差异均不显著(P>0.05)。The cont ent s of Vit aminAand D3 in It alian honeybee drone prepupa （11days aft er egg laying） and pu-pa （22 days aft er egg laying） were det ermined by HPLC. The result s showed t hat t he cont ent of Vit aminA of prepupa and pupa were 44.536 μg/g and 43.106 μg/g respect ively; t he Vit amin D3 were 139.905 6 μg/g and 132.0613 μg/g; respect ively. There is no significant difference in bot h cont ent of Vit amin A and D （P〉0.05） bet ween t he drone prepupa and pupa.
