废旧新闻纸中性脱墨工艺的研究

摘　　要：以国产废旧新闻纸为脱墨对象,考察了各个因素对中性脱墨效果的影响,包括碎浆质量分数、碎浆时间、复配脱墨剂、脱墨剂质量分数、熟化温度、熟化时间、浮选质量分数、浮选温度、浮选时间等9个因素,优化了脱墨工艺条件。实验结果表明,在碎浆质量分数2.0%,碎浆时间2 min,脱墨剂复配比例m(AEO9)∶m(Tween60)∶mAEO7)∶m(K12)=10∶10∶55∶25,脱墨剂质量分数1.0%,熟化温度70℃,熟化时间15 min,浮选质量分数1.0%,浮选温度50℃,浮选时间8 min的中性脱墨工艺条件下,脱墨效果较好。Nine factors that affecting result of neutral de-inking process taking domestic old news paper（ONP） as the object were investigated.The factors include mass fraction of pulping consistency,pulping time,composition of blend de-inking agent,mass fraction of de-inking agent dosage,curing temperature,curing time,pulp consistency during the floatation,floatation temperature and floatation time.The results showed that the optimal conditions for ONP neutral de-inking are：pulping consistency of 2.0%,pulping time of 2 min,ratio of AEO9,Tween60,AEO7 and K12 of 10：0：5：25,de-inking agent dosage of 1.0%,curing temperature of 70 ℃,curing time of 15 min,floatation pulp consistency of 1.0%,floatation temperature of 50℃,loatation time of 8 min.
