摘　　要：以免疫单扩散法和ABC－ELISA法测定50名在校大学生钩虫感染者血清的IgG、IgA、IgM和IgE水平，并比较不同感染度和男女人群间的差异。结果表明，钩虫感染者血清IgA、IgM与对照组接近，而IgG和IgE则显著高于对照组。中、重度感染者增高的程度甚于轻度感染者，提示虫体负荷与抗体水平具有一定的相关关系。感染者IgE均值较高，可能还与宿主对其它未知的混合性抗原发生反应有关。Serum IgG,IgA,IgM and IgE levels of 50 hookworm-infected college students were determined using single immunodiffusion technique or biotinavidin enzyme immunosorbent assay(ABC-ELISA).The serum IgA and IgM levels of infected students were similar to those of controls while IgG(270.03±65.02) and IgE(1703.54±494.41) levels of the formerwere significantly higher than those of the latter.In comparative studies,it was discovered that IgG and IgE levels of the moderately and severely infected students were obviously higher than those of the lightly infected students.The results showed that there were significant correlations between the parasite burden and antibody levels.
