摘  要:首次利用变压吸附法从甘蔗糖厂锅炉烟道气中富集二氧化碳并将其应用于亚硫酸法制糖澄清工艺。结果表明,采用本工艺,并结合上浮清净技术,使糖厂色值≤100 IU的优一级白砂糖产量同比07/08榨季提高25.35个百分点,色值≤120 IU的优一级白砂糖产量同比07/08榨季提高55.69个百分点,二氧化硫含量≤10mg/Kg的一级白砂糖产量同比07/08榨季提高69.56个百分点,混浊度≤40MAU的一级白砂糖产量同比07/08榨季提高55.23个百分点。The carbondioxide from boiler flue gas in cane sugar mill was enriched by first using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) and apply it to sulfurous acid sugaring clarification technique. This technique was adopted and ascension detergent technology was combined, the crop of white granulated sugar of excellent first-level of sugar chromatic value ≤ 100IU was raised 25.35 percentage point comparing 07/08 exmpression season, the crop of white granulated sugar of excellent first-level of sugar chromatic value ≤ 120IU was raised 55.69 percentage point comparing 07/08 exmpression season,the crop of white granulated sugar of first-level of salfurdioxide content ≤10mg/Kg was raised 69. 56 percentage point comparing 07/08 exmpression season, the crop of white granulated sugar of first-level of cloudiness ≤40MAU was raised 55.23 percentage point comparing 07/08 exmpression season.
