强直性脊柱炎患者外周血T细胞亚群的变化及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨强直性脊柱炎(AS)患者外周血中T细胞亚群的变化及其意义。方法采用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测外周血淋巴细胞表面CD3、CD4、CD8及其胞质内细胞因子IFN-γ和IL-4的表达。结果与正常对照组相比,AS患者外周血Th细胞(CD3+CD4+)百分率无显著差异,Tc细胞(CD3+CD8+)明显升高(P<0.05);Th1细胞(CD3+CD4+IFN-γ+)百分率明显升高,Th2细胞(CD3+CD4+IL-4+)无显著性差异;Tc1细胞(CD3+CD8+IFN-γ+)百分率明显降低,Tc2细胞(CD3+CD8+IL-4+)无显著性差异。结论AS患者外周血T细胞Th1/Th2、Tc1/Tc2亚群比例失衡,呈Th1、Tc2优势型。Objective To investigate the changes of peripheral blood T cell subsets in ankylosing spondylitis（AS） patients and its significance. Methods Flow eytometrie analysis was used to detect the expression of surface antigens CD3 , CD4 , CD8 and intracellular cytokines IFN-γ, IL-4 of T cells in the peripheral blood of patients with AS. Results Compared with normal controls, the percentage of Tc ceils（ CD3^＋ CD8^＋）in patients with AS increased significantly ,but the percentage of Th cells （ CD3^＋ CD4^＋） showed no significant changes. The percentage of Thl cells （ CD3^＋ CD4^＋ IFN-γ ） increased significantly,and the percentage of Th2 cells（ CD3^＋ CD4^＋ IL-4^＋ ） showed no significant changes. The percentage of Tel cells （CD3^＋ CD8^＋ IFN-γ^＋ ） decreased significantly,and the percentage of To2 ceils（ CD3^＋ CD8^＋ IL-4^＋ ） showed no significant changes. Conclusion There exists Thl/Th2 and Tcl/Tc2 T cell subsets disequilibrium in patients with AS ,which shows strong predominance of Thl and To2.
