摘  要:泉州市海峡体育中心体育馆预应力钢索跨度大,质量要求高,工期紧。钢索最大直径规格为7×163,最大长度83m,重约5t。钢索的运输、保护和穿索、挂索是施工难点。施工中对操作平台搭设、拉索放索、拉索两端与耳板安装、索体就位及撑杆下节点安装、预应力钢索张拉施工工艺进行了有效的工艺控制,保证了工程质量及工期。The construction features of Quanzhou Channel Sports Center Stadium are the wide span of its prestressed cables, the high requirement of its construction quality and the short construction period. The specification of maximum cable diameter is Ф7×163, with its longest length of 83 meters and its weight, roughly 5 tons. The difficulties about its construction are the transportation and the protection of the cables as well as the operation of the pitching and slinging of the cables. The effective control in construction over the technical points, such as the layout of the operating platform, the bracing and lowering of the cables, the installation of lifting lugs, the position of cables, the setting of lower joint of spreader bars and the stretching of the prestressed cables, ensure the quality and finishing date of this project.
