摘 要:通过建立砂浆与加气混凝土的界面粘结模型,从粘结界面的破坏形式、影响界面破坏的因素及粘结界面的作用力方面进行分析,研究GLW型复合外加剂对砂浆与加气混凝土粘结界面的作用,并与普通砂浆对界面的作用进行比较。探索GLW型复合外加剂对界面的增强机理,结果表明,该外加剂减小了Ca(OH)2在界面取向生长的可能性,改善了砂浆与加气混凝土砌块的界面粘结性能,提高了砂浆与加气混凝土的粘结强度。Through establishment the bond interface model of mortar with the aerated concrete, destruction form of bond interface, and factors that affect the interface damage as well as the interface bond force were analyzed. Effect of GLW composite admixture on bond interface between mortar and aerated concrete was researched., which compared with the effect of common mortar on interface , and the enhanced mechanism of the GLW composite admixture on the interface was explored. Results show that GLW composite admixture can reduce the possibility of Ca(OH)2 oriented growth in interface, improve the bond interface performace of the mortar and aerated concrete, increase the bond strength of mortar and aerated concrete.
