摘  要:通过摇瓶试验,研究了矿石粒度对活性炭催化原生硫化铜矿石细菌氧化浸出的影响。结果表明:在活性炭催化低品位原生硫化铜矿石细菌浸出过程中,矿石粒度对铜的浸出率有较大影响。矿石粒度小于0.1 mm最有利于铜的浸出,浸出240 h,铜浸出率达83%;矿石粒度过细,溶液中三价铁含量升高,产生的铁沉淀物会直接影响铜的浸出。Effect of ore size on bioleaching of chalcopyrite ore in shake flask was studied. The results show that ore particle size has an important impact on catalytic bioleaching of low-grade primary copper sulfide ore with activated carbon. The ore particle of less than 0. lmm is beneficial to copper bioleaching, the copper leaching rate achieved to 83% after 240 hours leaching. The much smaller ore particle and more ferric iron in solution affect directly leaching of copper.
