摘  要:针对烟道灰电解锌这种既析氯又析氧的介质环境,综合析氯型和析氧型涂层钛阳极的优点,研制出适合于在这种介质环境中使用的RuIrTaTi涂层钛阳极,测试了阳极腐蚀机理及使用性能。该涂层钛阳极在山西太古电锌厂挂片使用1 a,在节能和提高锌产率方面都有明显效果,相对于铅阳极,使用成本有大幅降低。RulrTaTi coating titanium anode was developed for electrolyzing zinc from flue dust media of chlorine-evolution and oxygen-evolution and taking into account the advantages of the coating titanium anodes of chorine-evolution and oxygen-evolution. The anode's corrosion mechanism was discussed and the anode's using performance was tested. The RuIrTaTi coating anode was used in Shanxi Taigu Electrolytic Zinc Plant for one year, the results showed that its energy consumption reduced and Zn yield increased, and the production cost significantly decreased with respect to lead anode.
