摘　　要：通过对水溶性极压添加剂、油性剂、缓蚀剂和杀菌剂的筛选,研制了合成不锈钢切削液。实际应用表明,研制配方具有良好的润滑性,完全满足不锈钢切削加工冷却和润滑的要求。It is researched of synthetic removal fluid for stainless steel through selecting the water soluble EP additive ,oiliness agent, corrosion inhibitor and bactericide. The practical application exhibits that the developed formula possesses good lubricity, and can completely satisfy the cooling and lubricating requirements of stainless steel removal working.
