摘 要:目的探讨ER-α基因多态性与中国湖南女性原发性膝关节OA的关系。方法选取原发性膝OA女性患者38例、正常对照组40例。应用PCR-RFLP法对其进行ER-α基因PvuII和XbaI多态性检测。结果女性中,ER-α基因XbaI酶切基因型在OA组和对照组的分布差异有统计学意义,等位基因x和X的分布频率其差异亦有统计学意义。结论携带ER-α基因XbaI酶切基因型xx的女性对原发性膝OA易感。Objective To analyze the association between Pvull, Xbal polymorphism of the ER-α gene and primary knee osteoarthritis (OA) among women in Hunan Province. Methods Thirty- eight patients with primary knee OA and 40 / healthy controls were enrolled into this study. The genotype of ER-α gene was analyzed by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR - RFLP). Results The genotype distribution and the allele frequency of Xbal polymorphism of ER-α gene were statistically significant different between female primary knee OA patients and female control individuals. ConcLusion Females with the xx genotype of Xbal polymerphism of ER -α gene are susceptible to primary knee OA.
