摘  要:目的探讨湘南地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染及其亚型分布状况,为HPV感染和宫颈癌的防治提供理论依据。方法采用核酸分子导流杂交法检测湘南地区3 737例女性门诊患者HPV DNA,并对其亚型感染分布情况进行比较。结果湘南地区3 737例女性患者共检出HPV阳性1 127例,阳性率为30.16%(1 127/3 737),21种亚型均被检出。1 127例阳性样本中,HPV单一感染者814例,占72.23%(814/1 127);多重感染者313例,占27.78%(313/1 127),以二重感染最多见,占69.33%(217/313);此外还检测出1例比较罕见的六重感染病例(HPV6、11、58、59、66、68)。结论调查人群HPV感染率具有一定的区域性,HPV-52型可能是湘南地区妇女较易感染的亚型,值得重视。Objective To detect and analyze the genotype of human papillomavirus (HPV) in the area of Xiangnan, and to provide a theory basis for therapy and prevention against HPV infection. Methods Totally 3,737 samples selected from female outpatients of Xiangnan area were detected for 21 HPV DNA genotypes by DNA hybridization genotyping technique. Results All of the 21 HPV subtypes were detected; the HPV- positive rate was 30.16% (1,127/3,737), the rate of single infection with HPV was 72.23 % (814/1,127), and the multiple infections rate was 27. 78% (313/1,127). Two- type co- infection was the most common situation, with the infection rate of 69.33% (217/313). And moreover, one rare case of multiple infections (HPV- 6, HPV - 11, HPV - 58, HPV - 59, HPV - 66, and HPV - 68 ) was detected. Conclusions The prevalence of HPV infection and multiple infections is common. Women in Xiangnan area have the relatively higher risk of suffering HPV52 infection, indicating its specificity of HPV infection.
