湖南长沙-衡阳段湘江洲滩钉螺孳生情况分析

摘　　要：目的掌握钉螺在湘江洲滩的扩散趋势及程度。方法借鉴血防站2005-2008年其监测区域内湘江洲滩的螺情资料,结合2009年本课题组的现场调查,分析比较5年来长沙-衡阳段湘江洲滩钉螺孳生情况的变化、扩散趋势。结果2009年春季本课题组对长沙-衡阳段湘江流域洲滩的实地调查中未发现钉螺孳生。从此河段各地区血防部门获取的资料结合2009年本课题组调查的情况汇总分析显示湖南长沙-衡阳段湘江流域洲滩的"有螺框出现率"2005-2009年基本呈下降趋势;"活螺率"各洲滩之间的差异较大;除鹅洲外的其它8个洲滩的"活螺平均密度(只/0.1m2)"2005-2009年均呈下降趋势;钉螺的总体分布区域五年来无扩散且无阳性钉螺。结论钉螺在湖南湘江沿岸长沙-衡阳段无明显扩散,此区域内洲滩的钉螺孳生情况取得了较好的控制效果。Objective To master the trend and level of Oncomelania hupensis pervasion in the marshlands of the Xiang River. Methods Combining our study in 2009 with the data of Oncomelania hupensis got from anti- schistosomiaisis station about the surveillance of the Xiang River＇ s marshland from 2005 to 2008, the changes and pervasion of Oncomelania hupensis at the Xiang River from Changsha to Hengyang were analyzed and compared. Results We have not found Oncomelania hupensis on the marshlands of the Xiang River from Changsha to Hengyang in the survey of 2009. Analysis of our study in 2009 and anti- schistosomiaisis station＇s data from 2005 to 2008 showed that ＂appearance rate in snails＂ became declining between 2005 and 2009; ＂living rate in snails＂ had a variety of differences among these sites; other eight marshlands＇ ＂density of living snails （No./0. 1m^2 ）＂ was declining from 2005 to 2009 except E - zhou; the distribution of Oncomelania hupensis did not spread in the last 5 years and had no infected snail. Conclusions Oncomelania hupensis has not distinctly spread in the marshlands of the Xiang River in Hunan Province from Changsha to Hengyang, and the control of Oncomelania hupensis breed gets a better effect in these marshlands.
