湖南省疾病监测点2006-2008年居民死因监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解2006-2008年湖南省城乡居民疾伤死因。方法资料采用国际疾病分类ICD-10进行编码并录入死因统计软件DeathReg2005进行统计分析。结果三年累计监测人口数为12 235 014人,居民疾伤总死亡75 607例,平均死亡率为617.96/10万,其中男性居民死亡率719.56/10万,女性居民509.33/10万,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);农村的死亡率633.43/10万高于城市居民575.71/10万(P<0.01);循环系统疾病为居民第1位死因,其次是肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病。结论循环系统、呼吸系统、肿瘤为居民死亡的主要原因,应积极防治,减少居民死亡。Objective To investigate the death causes among the urban and rural residents in Hunan Province from 2006 o 2008,. Methods The causes of deaths were classified according to ICD - 10 and the statistical data were analyzed with DeathReg 2005 software Results Totally 12,235,014 persons were monitored from 2005 to 2008. The total death cases of the residents were 75,607; the average mortality rate was 617.96/100,000, with the male mortality rate of 719.56/100,000 and the female mortality rate of 509.33/100,000, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.01 ）. The mortality rate of the rural residents （633.43/100,000） was higher than that of the urban residents （575.71/100,000）, （P〈 0.01 ）. The diseases of the circulatory system were the first death cause for the residents, followed by tumors and the diseases of the res- piratory system. Conclusions The diseases of the circulatory system and the respiratory system, tumors are the main death causes among the residents, it is necessary to positively prevent them for declining the death case of the residents.
