摘  要:以鸡骨草(Abrus cantoniensis Hance)茎段为试材,进行了细胞悬浮培养及植株再生诱导的研究。结果表明:MS+2.0mg/L 2,4-D+1.5mg/L 6-BA培养基适合从茎段诱导生长迅速、质地疏松的愈伤组织;将获得的愈伤组织置于MS+2.0mg/L 2,4-D+0.1mg/L NAA+1.5mg/L 6-BA液体培养基中振荡培养,建立细胞悬浮培养体系,随后继代4次,分化出芽;分化芽诱导生根后形成小植株。The stem of Abrus cantoniensi Hance was employed for the study of cell suspension and plant regeneration.Results showed that MS miedium with the supplement of 2.0mg/L 2,4-D and 1.5mg/L 6-BA could efficiently induce the rapid-growing and loose calli.Obtained calli were subsequently cultured in liquid MS medium with 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D,0.1mg/L NAA and 1.5mg/L 6-BA for establishing cell suspension system.After subcultured for 4 times,shoots differentiated from the calli and the rooting plantlets were induced.
