摘　　要：以鞍本地区某铁尾矿为原料,配合一定的粗粒砂石及少量水泥,采用压制成型、脱模自然养护的方法,制备出外型尺寸为240mm×115mm×53mm的免蒸免烧铁尾矿砖。经检测,抗压性能、抗冻强度等均达到MU10标准指标,其中尾矿加入量在原料配比中接近60%,尾矿利用率较高。Non - fired and non - steamed bricks were prepared by using the iron ore tailings in Anshan - Benxi Area as raw material. In the preparing process, a certain amount of grit and cement was mixed as additives. The brick was formed by pressing process and was cured under natural condition after demould. The size of the brick is 240 × 115 × 53mm. Strength test results showed that the compressive property and the frost- resisting strength reached standards of MU10. The dosage of the iron ore tailings in the feed proportioning has approached 60% ,the comprehensive reuse rate of the iron ore railings is higher.
