摘　　要：针对地方高校仪器设备政府采购效率低的问题,分析了制约地方高校仪器设备采购效率的主要变量,并就如何增加采购量和缩短采购作业时间,从而提高采购效率进行了探讨。Aiming at the low efficiency of government equipment procurement in local colleges and universities,the paper analyzes the the main variables constraining the efficiency of equipment procurement,and explores how to improve the efficiency by increasing procurement capacity and shortening the operating time for procurement.
