摘　　要：通信信息产业是实现社会和谐的内生因素,是实现自然和谐的外在动力,是实现文化和谐的重要途径,在构建和谐社会中具有重要的功能和作用。通信信息产业只有站高一步,才能开拓自身发展的广阔前景,才能承载和谐社会的美好明天。Telecommunication information idustry is the endogenetic factor to realize a harmonious society, the exterior drive to realize harmonious nature, the important way to realize harmonious culture, and has important function and performance during the construction of a harmonious society. Only when the telecommunication information industry stands higher, can it exploit its amplitude foreground, and carry the beautiful future of a harmonious society.
