摘 要:目的探讨蜂房不同提取部位抗肿瘤的活性。方法采用MTT法测定蜂房石油醚提取液、95%乙醇提取液、剩余水提液、水浸液、水煎液对胃癌细胞BGC823增殖的影响。结果胃癌细胞BGC823对不同的蜂房提取物敏感性存在差异,乙醇提取液对胃癌细胞BGC823增殖抑制作用最强,在1.67mg/mL浓度下抑制率可达68.5%;其它部位提取物对胃癌细胞BGC823的抑制作用较弱,抑制率均未超过30%。结论95%的乙醇提取物为蜂房抗肿瘤主要活性部位。Objective To explore the anti-tumor active site of Nidus Vespae. Methods MTT assay was used to determine the inhibited effects for five kinds of the extract ofNidus Vespae on gastric cancer cell BGC823 in vitro. Results There were obvious differences in different extract of Nidus Vespae on the growth of gastric cancer cell BGC823. The inhibited effect of ethanol extract was the most powerful, and the rate of inhibition was 68.5% at the concentration of 1.67mg/mL. It was slight in other kinds of extract and the rate of inhibition was lower than 30%. Conclusions it is the main active site ofNidus Vespae by 95% ethanol extraction.
