木鳖子制霜前后的体外抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的比较木鳖子及其制霜品的体外抑菌作用,为临床用药提供依据。方法用K-B纸片扩散法,考查对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用。结果木鳖子及其霜对白色念珠菌作用明显,对大肠杆菌及绿脓杆菌作用不明显。其中,木鳖子皂苷、含油10%的霜及含油20%的霜抑菌效果较好。结论木鳖子制霜后抑菌作用增强。Objective To study the antibacterial activity of raw medicinal material in vitro and different oil content in the seed of Momordica cochinchinesis and provide a theoretical basis for clinical medication. Methods K-B paper dispersion method was used to test the inhibition effect in different concentration solution of defatted Momordicae seed powder. Results The raw material of Momordicae seed and its defatted powder had obvious abilities of inhibiting the growth of Candida albicans, but it also showed that anything antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Among constituents, the defatted powder of the oil content of 10% and 20% and saponins extracted had better antibacterial activity, respectively. Conclusion After being processed, the antibacterial activity of Momordicae seed was improved remarkably.
