摘  要:目的考察水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界流体萃取法对提取苍术挥发油得率的影响,并比较两者的药效。方法通过优化两者的提取参数,确定最佳提取工艺,并研究两者提取所得挥发油的小鼠肠推进作用。结果超临界流体萃取法提取效率高,且所得挥发油药效与水蒸气蒸馏法所得一致。结论超临界流体萃取法可用于提取苍术挥发油。Objective To compare the two different methods for the extraction rate of essential oil from Atractylodes lancea (Thunb). Methods The essential oil ofA. lancea was extracted by supercritical-CO2 fluid (SF-CO2) and by steam distillation (SD) separately, and was compared effects of the both. Results The pharmacodynamic was the same for the essential oil of A. lancea by SF-CO2 extraction and by steam distillation. Conclusion SF-CO2 can be used for extraction of the essential oil of A. lancea.
