摘  要:目的考察无机陶瓷膜精制中药复方水提液的最优膜材质及最佳操作条件。方法以增液汤复方水提液为研究对象,测定在不同膜材质、操作压差、操作温度、药液浓度下的膜通量及指标性成分转移率。结果对于本体系,0.2μmZrO2陶瓷膜其通量、指标性成分转移率都较高;合适的操作压差为0.15MPa,操作温度50℃左右,药液浓度0.056g/mL。结论无机陶瓷膜微滤过程的优化对提高陶瓷膜利用率及推进工业化大生产奠定理论基础。Objective To investigate the optimal membrane's materials and the best operating conditions while refining Zengye compounded liquid-water by inorganic ceramic membrane. Methods Zengye compounded liquid-water was as the research object. The experiment measured flux and transfer rate of component indicators under different membrane's material, operating pressure, operating temperature, and liquid concentration. Results For this system, 0.2 μm ZrO2 ceramic membrane was more suitable because of higher flux and metastatic rate component of indicators. The appropriate operating pressure was 0.15MPa; the operating temperature was around 50℃ ;the liquid concentration was 0.056 g/mL. Conclusion The process optimization of inorganic ceramic membrane can improve its utilization and can push forward its large-scale industrialization.
