中药水提液中蛋白质含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的研究中药水提液中蛋白质的含量测定方法。方法采用考马斯亮蓝G-250比色法测定并对其方法学进行考察。结果在显色后15min内测定吸收度数值稳定;空白回收率大于95%;RSD=0.21%;专属性考查,水提液中高分子物质对蛋白质测定结果干扰小。结论本方法准确,结果可靠,适用范围广,可用于中药水提液中蛋白质含量的测定。Objective To study the method of protein determined in Chinese herbal decoction. Methods Coomassie Blue Method was used to determine the content of protein in Chinese herbal decoction. Results The absorbance is stable in 15 minutes after adding reagent. The rate of recoveries was more than 95% with 0.21% of RSD in the precision test and had a good specificity. Conclusion This method is accurate and the result is reliable. It can be used to the determination of protein in Chinese herbal decoctions.
