摘 要:目的研究湿法超微法提取中药有效成分的可行性。方法以麻黄碱为研究对象,使用湿法振动超微粉碎技术提取麻黄中的麻黄碱。通过激光光散射与扫描电镜研究了湿法超微提取的微观机理;HPLC指纹图谱技术比较了湿法超微提取与常规回流提取物的成分差异。结果湿法超微提取可以快速有效的提取有效成分,整个提取过程在5~10min内完成。与常规回流提取物的有效成分的种类与含量均基本相同。结论湿法超微提取可以用于中药植物药有效成分的提取,整个过程快速简捷,适于工业化生产的推广。Objective To study the possibility of extraction active ingredients from Chinese medicine by wet grinding method. Methods Ephedrine as a model, the vibration tra-fine grinding technology was used to extract ephedrine from Ephedra. The wet grinding micro-extraction mechanism was studied by laser light scattering and scanning electron microscopy. HPLC fingerprint technology was used to demonstrate that there are differences between conventional boiling reflux extraction and wet grinding. Results Ephedrine was extracted quickly and efficiently by wet grinding extraction, the entire extraction process only take 5-10 minutes. Microscopic analysis showed that a large number of the organizational structure of Ephedra was damaged after wet grinding, which showed be the main reason for the rapid dissolution of the active ingredient. HPLC studies have shown that the active ingredients in both extractions with conventional boiling reflux and wet grinding are basically in the same content. Conclusions Wet grinding extraction can be used to extract the active ingredients from herbal medicine, the whole process is quick and simple, and suitable for large-scale promotion.
