摘　　要：介绍采用全精馏无氢制氩系统的600m3/h空分设备的流程设计和技术参数,分析了小型空分设备全精馏无氢制氩系统氩塔的特殊设计和粗氩循环泵的选择,阐述安装调试中遇到的问题及其解决方法,以及小型空分设备氩塔的操作经验。The process design and technical parameters of a 600m^3/h air separation unit with complete- distillation hydrogen-free argon recovery system are introduced. The special design of argon column and the crude argon circulating pump selection for complete-distillation hydrogen-free argon recovery system in a small scale air separation unit are analyzed. The encountered problems and the corresponding solutions during installation and commissioning, as well as the operation experience of argon column in a small scale air separation unit are also introduced.
