摘　　要：介绍豫光金铅制氧厂DH63-32型离心空压机检修前存在的排气量减少、级间冷却器阻力增大和轴振动值偏高等问题及原因,阐述空压机存在的机械故障及其处理措施,最后总结了空压机检修经验。Problems and reasons of the decrease in air displacement, the increase in interstage cooler resistance and the high value in axis vibration of a DH63-32 type centrifugal air compressor at Oxygen Producing Factory of Yuguang Gold and Lead are introduced. The mechanical failure in air compressor and the corresponding treatment measures are described. Finally, the experience of air compressor maintenance is summarized.
