摘  要:采用无溶剂法将ZnO,(NH4)2SO4与煅烧的主体材料SBA-15分子筛进行人工研磨混合后焙烧,制备了Zn-SO24-/SBA-15改性介孔分子筛。并采用X射线衍射、红外光谱、N2吸附-脱附、TG分析方法对试样进行了表征,结果表明,制得的Zn-SO42-/SBA-15保持高度有序的介孔一维六角结构。用Hammett指示剂法测定了催化剂ZnO-SO42-/SBA-15表面酸强度为2.8~3.3,酸量为2.42 mmol/g。并将催化剂用于月桂酸与甲醇的酯化反应中,采用正交实验确定较佳的工艺条件为:反应时间为10 h,n(月桂酸)/n(甲醇)为1∶15,催化剂质量为1.0 g,在此条件下月桂酸甲酯的反应收率为85.4%。实验表明所合成的固体酸催化剂具有良好的催化性能。Zn-SO4^2-/SBA-15 composite material was prepared by manually grinding. ZnO and (NH4)2SO4 were highly dispersed in SBA--15. Zn-SO4^2-/SBA-15 was characterized by means of XRD, nitrogen adsorption, IR and TG. The results show that the prepared catalyst keep highly ordered mesoporous one--dimensional hexagonal structure. Acid strength on catalyst surface is in range of 2.8-3.3, acid content of 2.42 mmol/g, determined by means of Hammett indication method. Methyllaurate was synthesized from lauric acid and methanol over Zn-SO4^2-/SBA-15 as catalyst. The optimum conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment=molar ratio of lauric acid to methanol 1 : 15,mass of the catalyst is 1.0 g, reaction time 10 h. The yield of methyllaurate can reach 85.4%. The results show that the solid acid have higher catalytic activity.
