特大型城市发展高端健康服务业的政策分析

摘　　要：健康服务应当表现出多样性,才能更好地满足人民群众多层次的卫生服务需求。在我国全面推进医改、建设基本卫生保健体系的同时,在特大型城市发展高端健康服务业,有利于缓解群众看病难问题,有利于推动特大型城市的国际化进程。建议通过制度变革来促进公立医院和民营医疗机构合作、建设精品机构和发展商业医疗保险,为发展高端健康服务提供技术、服务和资金支持。It is understandable that the provision of various specified health services should meet the various health care needs of residents better. Based on the requirement of the current on going health care system reform, government should consider the development of advanced health services in hyper-megalopolis, which would be beneficial to solve the problem of ＂diffieuhy in seeking proper health care for residents＂. In addition, it would be beneficial to push forward hyper-megalopolis＇ internationalization progress. Furthermore, the systems reform should be implemented to promote the cooperation between public hospital and society-owned hospital, to establish classic medical institutions and to develop commercial health insurance.
