摘　　要：HXD1B型机车在型式试验过程中,由于高压电缆屏蔽层的影响,导致TCU检测到原边电流和回流电流的差值超过50A,进而出现跳主断保护的故障现象,文章对其进行理论分析和试验验证,并提出改进措施。This paper presents a failure of main circuit breaker protection,for the difference between main and return current detected by TCU is more than 50 A ,which caused by the earthing of the high voltage cable screen during the type test of type HXD1B locomotive. The paper analyses it for theoretics, validates it by test, and brings a new modifying measure.
