摘 要:以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)和二乙醇胺(DEOA)为原料一步法合成了超支化聚氨酯,对其改性制备了光固化超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(HPUA)和一系列双重固化(UV/潮气)超支化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(DHPUA),使用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和碳谱(13C-NMR)以及凝胶色谱(GPC)对其分子结构进行了表征.并以其为预聚物制备光固化涂层,通过对双重固化涂层的表面形貌、热性能和物理性能的研究,结果表明,超支化双重固化涂层经过潮气固化后,涂层表面的粗糙度随着树脂中硅氧烷端基的含量的增加先下降后上升;超支化双重固化涂层的物理性能和热稳定性都随着树脂中硅氧烷端基的含量的增加而提升.Hyperbranched polyurethane (HPU) was synthesized from toluene-2, 4-diisocyanate (TDI) and diethanolamine (DEOA) by one-step method, which was further modified to prepare UV-eurable hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate (UV-HPUA) and a series of dual curable hyperbranched polyurethane acrylate (DHPUA) with different ratios of acrylate and trimethoxysilane end groups. All resins were characterized by Fourior-transformed infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR ), 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (1H- 13C-NMR ) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC).Then the resins were used as oligomers to prepare UV/moisture dual curable coatings. The surface topographies of the UV cured coatings were investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM) before and after moisture cure. The results showed that the superficial degree of roughness of the coatings, with acrylate and trimethoxysilane end groups ratio 3 - 1 or 1 - 1, decreased after moisture cure. However, UV-HPUA and acrylate and trimethoxysilane end groups ratio 1 -3 coatings increased after moisture cure. Thermal gravimetrie analysis (TGA) results indicated that the coating thermal stability increased with increasing trimethoxysilane end groups. Moreover the physical properties of the UV cured coating were also measured before and after moisture cure, which indicated that physical properties of the UV-HPUA coating were slight improved through moisture curing process. However, the physical properties were greatly improved for DHPUA coatings, the pencil hardness increased from 6B to 3H and 4H.
