摘 要:[目的]研究微生物对萘的降解和转化规律。[方法]从污水处理厂的活性污泥中筛选出一株萘降解活性较高的细菌菌株并研究其生长特性和萘降解能力。[结果]从土样A中分离出一株活性较高的萘降解细菌,命名为TN-01,初步鉴定表明其属于短小杆菌属。菌株TN-01有明显的迟滞期,0~15 h内生长缓慢,16 h后进入对数生长期,22 h后进入稳定生长期,120 h后TN-01对萘的降解率达到80.5%。菌株TN-01在中性和弱碱性条件下对萘的降解效果较好,当pH值为7.0时,萘的降解率最高;在萘的浓度为1 200 mg/L时,萘的降解率最高。当接种量为1%时,菌株TN-01生长最好。120 h后菌株TN-01对甲苯和蒽的降解率分别为76.8%和79.4%,略低于对萘的降解率。[结论]该研究为治理工业萘污染提供了参考依据。[ Objective ] The purpose was to study the degradation and transformation law of microbe on naphthalene. [ Method] A naphthalene-degrading strain with higher activity was screened out from the active sludge from sewage treatment plant and its growth characteristics and naphthalene-degrading capability were studied. [ Result] A naphthalene-degrading strain with higher activity was isolated from the soil sample A and it was named as TN-01. The preliminary identification indicated that it belong to Curtobacterium. The strain TN-01 had obvious lag phase, grew slowly in 0 -15 h, entered into logarithmic growth phase after 16 h and entered into stable growth phase after 22 h. Its degradation rate on naphthalene reached 80.5% after 120 h. Under neutral and weakly basic conditions, the degrading effect of the strain TN-01 on naphthalene was better. When the pH value was 7.0, the degradation rate on naphthalene was highest. When the concentration, of naphthalene was 1 200 mg/L, the degradation rate on naphthalene was highest. When the inoculation amount was 1%, the strain TN-O1 grew best. The degradation rates of the strain TN-01 on toluene and anthracene after 120 h were 76.8% and 79.4% respectively, and they were a little lower than that on naphthalene. [ Conclusion] This research supplied reference data for controlling industrial naphthalene pollution.
