摘  要:[目地]研究广藿香组培快繁技术。[方法]利用MS加入不同质量浓度6-苄基氨基腺嘌呤(6-BA)和吲哚丁酸(IBA),进行试验。[结果]结果表明,MS培养基加入0.5 mg/L6-BA和0.1 mg/L IBA时,产生的愈伤组织的量最多,且不定芽增殖效果最好。无根苗在1/2 MS+IBA1.5 mg/L上生根率最高;试管苗在珍珠岩+蛭石成活率最高。[结论]该试验可为广藿香的组培繁殖提供参考。[ Objective ] The technology of tissue culture and rapidly propagation of patchouli (Pogostemon cablin)was studied. [Method ] The experiment in the MS medium with different concentration of 6-benzyladenine (6-BA) and indolebtyric acid (IBA) for its culturing was conducted. [ Results] The results showed that there were more callus in the MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + IBA 0. 1 mg/L and the number of adventitious buds was also more than that from other media. The good rooting medium was 1/2 MS + IBA 1. 5 mg/L. The plantlets planted in the mixed substratum (pearlite and vermiculite, 1:1 ) had the highest survival rate. [ Conclusion] The reference for the patchouli plant culture was pro- vided through the experiment.
