摘  要:[目的]筛选适宜的水培生菜N素替代配方。[方法]以美国结球生菜为试材,采用充气式静止营养液矩形水培方式,设定NO3-∶NH4+=80∶20,70∶30,60∶40,50∶50;CO(NH2)2代替NO3-以及对照(CK)共计6种不同的配方处理,各配方直接利用地下水进行配制,研究硝态氮不同替代量对生菜生长状况、根系活力和叶绿素含量的影响。[结果]生菜定植后10~30 d,6种配方处理中,生菜的生长、根系活力和叶绿素含量以NO3--N:NH4+-N=70∶30的处理表现最好,NO3--N:NH4+-N=80∶20的处理表现较好,适量的NH4+-N优于CO(NH2)2。[结论]该研究自行研制的N素替代配方在增加硝态氮的被替代量的同时能够保持营养液使用过程中的生理平衡。[ Objective ] The research aimed to screen suitable N element substitution formula for hydroponic lettuce. [ Method] With American head lettuce as tested material, the rectangular hydroponic mode with gas-charged static nutrient solution was adopted, 6 different formula treatments including NO3^-:NH4 + = 80:20, 70:30, 60:40, 50:50; NO3 ^- replaced by CO( NH2 )2 as well as CK were set up and each formula was prepared by using groundwater directly to study the effects of different substitution amounts of nitrate nitrogen on growth status, root activity and chlorophyll content of lettuce. [ Result] After fixed planting of lettuce for 10 - 30 d, among 6 formula treatments, the treatment of NO3^ - - N:NH4^+ -N = 70:30 showed the best on growth, root activity and chlorophyll content of lettuce, the treatment of NO3^ --N:NH4^+ -N = 80: 20 presented brtter, and the appropriate amount of NH4^ + :N was better than that of CO( NH2 ) 2. [ Conclusion] The self developed N element substitution formula of this study was not only increased the replaced amounts of nitrate nitrogen, but also kept physiological balance in using process of nutrient solution at the same time.
